Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Vanity
Carefully repackage the item in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware, mirrors, and components are securely fastened to prevent transit damage.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to collect the oversized items directly from your curbside or loading dock.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
